Frank M. Brown has been a director of the Company since May 2000. From January 2006, Mr. Brown has been a private consultant in the Alaskan oil and gas industry. From September 2000, Mr. Brown served as President of Fairweather International, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of ARCO Alaska, Inc. from 1994 until his retirement in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Brown was President of ARCO Long Beach Company from 1992 to 1994 and served as President of THUMS Long Beach Company (“THUMS”) from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Brown was employed for 29 years by ARCO and related companies, all of which were engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas. He served as Co-Chairman of the Alaska Highway Natural Gas Policy Council from 2001-2002.
Mr. Brown is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors.
