William T. Donovan has been a director of the Company since June 1997. Since April 2006, Mr. Donovan has served as Chairman of the Board of Rockland Industrial Holdings, LLC, a Wisconsin entity engaged in manufacturing wood flooring products for the truck trailer and domestic container industries. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Donovan served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Total Logistics, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, which engaged in various operating and investment activities and as a director of various private industrial companies. Mr. Donovan previously served as President, Chief Financial Officer, and was a director, of Christiana Companies, Inc., prior to its merger with Weatherford International, Inc. in February 1999. From 1980 to 1998, Mr. Donovan was a Principal and Managing Director of Lubar & Co., a private investment and venture capital firm. Prior to joining Lubar & Co., Mr. Donovan was an officer with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company from 1976 until 1980, where he specialized in merger and acquisition financing.
Mr. Donovan chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating, and Executive Committees of the Board of Directors.
