Trevor M. Turbidy has been a director of the Company since December 2005. Mr. Turbidy serves as an Energy Industry Advisor with Avista Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in growth oriented companies in the energy, healthcare and media sectors. Prior to joining Avista, Trevor Turbidy was the President and CEO of Trico Marine Services (“Trico’), an international provider of marine support vessel services to the offshore oil and gas industry, from August of 2005 until July 2007. He previously served as Trico's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2003 until August 2005. From November 2000 until May 2002, Mr. Turbidy was a Director in the Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse First Boston. From 1991 until November 2000, Mr. Turbidy held various positions leading up to Director in the Investment Banking Department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Mr. Turbidy is a member of the Compensation and Audit Committees of the Board of Directors.
