The Compensation Committee is chaired by Robert Rose. The other members are Frank Brown and Trevor Turbidy. All of these members are independent non-employee directors.
The Compensation Committee is responsible for the compensation policies for Grey Wolf to ensure effective compensation for our employees. The Committee prepares an annual report to shareholders which is included in the Company’s annual proxy statement.
