The Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee is chaired by William Ziegler. The other members are William Donovan and Robert Rose. All of these members are independent non-employee directors.
The Committee is responsible for all governance related matters overseen by the Board, including recommending candidates for election to the Board, reviewing Board criteria and Board performance to ensure compliance with Grey Wolf’s guidelines.
