Rocky Mountain
The Rocky Mountain region includes operations in Wyoming, Colorado, northeast Utah and northern New Mexico. The March 2004 acquisition of New Patriot Drilling Corp. strengthened the Company’s position in the area, contributing 10 rigs to the fleet, which now encompasses a strategic mix of diesel-electric and mechanical rigs.
In addition to newly built and fit-to-purpose rigs, the majority of Grey Wolf rigs in the Rockies are recently refurbished or rebuilt, creating an equipment fleet of the highest quality and reliability.
Based in Casper, Wyoming, with a satellite office in Grand Junction, Colorado, Grey Wolf’s Rocky Mountain division incorporates personnel seasoned in the market who uphold strong operating values and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
